RUBY ROOM’s excellent sound system and dedicated PA staff enable your DJ event to be the best it can be. Staff are friendly and hospitable and trained to work with the organizer to insure the most fun party atmosphere.
RUBY ROOM live events can feature all kinds of performances, from solo and duets acts to full bands and dancers. Our stage is well equipped and has good lighting to showcase your talent. We can supply in-house photographers or you bring along your own. Hall is equipped with two ceiling video camera/smart phone mounting brackets for getting multiple angles of footage. Event organizers can receive a portion of the door charge. Some event organizers sell food for a charge or donation. Event organizers may sell merchandise in the venue. Please discuss details when booking event.
Wedding, Birthday & Sayonara Parties
Whether a large event for 100 or intimate party for 20 guests, Ruby Room’s experienced event planners can help you create the party you envision.
Use the fully-equipped live stage and equipment, as well as a DJ booth and a high-quality JBL sound system. There is also a video projector, video monitors, in addition to a full bar with cocktails, beer, wine and champagne.
Different payment plans for event guests, such cash-on bar system or open bar (all-you-can-drink) are possible. Food catering is also available for events that require food.
In addition to cash-on bar payment, event organizers may choose from:
2-hour all-you-can-drink open bar plan (drinks only.)
2-hour all-you-can-drink open bar plan plus food.
3-hour all-you-can-drink open bar plan (drinks only.)
3-hour all-you-can-drink open bar plan plus food.
